REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Follow The EV, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato. Please read this policy carefully — it explains your rights and how we handle returns, defects, and refunds.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, contact us at Followev01@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, before the 14-day period ends.

To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with any tags attached. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, and we recommend a tracked service so the return can be confirmed. We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item (for example, wearing or washing it).

Exception — personalized items. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods genuinely personalized to your specifications, such as where you add custom text or upload your own design. It does not apply where you only select size or colour from a standard catalogue design — in those cases your 14-day right is unaffected.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not as described, we will arrange a free replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, a full refund — at no cost to you. Contact us at Followev01@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and do not wash or alter the item beforehand. Minor colour variations between screen and print, and small differences in print placement, are normal in textile printing and are not considered defects.

This 30-day window is for issues present on arrival and does not affect your statutory rights: under EU law you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity (a minimum of two years, and up to three years in Spain) for products that are faulty or not as described.

Delivery times
Production typically takes 2–7 business days, with delivery a further 1–21 business days depending on destination. These estimates are shown at checkout and form part of your order. If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe shown, contact us to set a short additional period; if we still fail to deliver, you may cancel for a full refund. We will also investigate any significant delay with our fulfilment partner on request.

Refunds
Where a refund is due, we process it to your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days. For withdrawals, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
